  Based on current economy crisis, I think buy PRIVATE index fund (eg Public Band KLIX) is much better than wawasan 2020.
  
  Index Fund/Unit Trust has been dropped a lot (say 40%) while Wawasan remain at RM1.00.
  
  Index Fund is Value buy for informed investor. What do you think?

  the bumi dun have much extra money at this moment I assume... maybe in 25years time it will be sold out too...
  its good for PNB to get extra capital....they can buy all those cheap stocks in the market....

  This time got capped at RM10,000.......... so everyone(non-Bumi) can get it....... Now on monday, 1 Dis, ASM is out......... 1 Billion Units on sale..... also capped at RM 10,000....... Sure can get one........ bcoz all have bought ASW 2020......... now sure less / no money to buy ASM......... need to go at around 7.30am also get one..........heheheh

  As I said before, ppl hv bought asw 2020, now have little/no money.... that's why 1 billion ASM unit only finish after 4 days.... normally if 1 billion units ASM, Capped at 20k, will finish around 4 - 7 hours... that is based on my experience buying these ASNB Unit trust...

  i waited for four hours to get ASM at Maybank The Curve, but the system was so slow i gave up and went home. then yesterday dropped by Tmn Desa Maybank at noon. Surprised they still had ASM, so bought it then in less than 15 minutes.

  One thing I want add, you can buy the ASW 2020 & ASM at 10 Fully operational ASNB branch.... You can buy more easier, because normally they will open 4 counter (2-> Top-up/book holder & 2-> New application).... If in KL ASNB, they opened 12 counter, 6->topup & 6-> New application.
  
  Also, ASNB Branch start selling at 8.15am, where Banks start at 9am & Post Office at 8.30am
  
  So If you are smart which place will you buy these unit trust??
  
  Think about it.....
