1) no such thing as low risk high return.
2) when u win something, you dun have to pay a single cent to anyone also. So next time if ppl say u win RM10000 but must bank in RM2000, ask them to go cucuk themselve

Sadly, I had heard story that some Ah Pek and Ah Ee also invested when they heard their neighbour's child is getting ridiculous promised return. They don't even have the internet access. The neighbour help them to invest.
