Not so "popular" after all. Their recent book fair was disappointing. They had very little selection of English books.

Yup, it's like only 5% of the entire book fair. They should have mentioned it literally- "Chinese Books Fair" so that bananas like me won't need to bother to join in the fray.
But then again, I don't think that's a good thing to do after what Ahmad Ismail said. Malaysians are a sentimental lot.

I've never been to Popular's website, but I reckon I'll check it out after the redesign. And yes, they probably don't give a crap about teh interwebs, anyway.
