I've never seen a fish that survives on veggies only. Even the DBKL algae eating pleco will eat tubifex worms and other dead fishes by sucking them non-stop.
All fish fry, one way or another, will have to rely on daphnias and worms and other types of infusoria for food.
But seriously, why would vegetarians wanna eat fish ? Or vegetarian fish if such a thing exist ? hehehehe. They wouldn't be called vegetarians then if they start taking meat, even that of a 'vegetarian fish'
Maybe vegetarians should consider eating Cows lah, since these animals are pure vegetarians. :-P
