  • All fish will eat smaller fishes that can fit in their mouth, and will eat any available organic matter like shit, other dead fishes, etc.

    I've never seen a fish that survives on veggies only. Even the DBKL algae eating pleco will eat tubifex worms and other dead fishes by sucking them non-stop.

    All fish fry, one way or another, will have to rely on daphnias and worms and other types of infusoria for food.

    But seriously, why would vegetarians wanna eat fish ? Or vegetarian fish if such a thing exist ? hehehehe. They wouldn't be called vegetarians then if they start taking meat, even that of a 'vegetarian fish'

    Maybe vegetarians should consider eating Cows lah, since these animals are pure vegetarians. :-P
  • Yeah, I don't encourage eating any fish if it can be helped. But then again, the fishing and whaling industry is a multi-billion ringgit business, not unlike why people are popping anti-biotics, not knowing how dangerous it can be to their immune system in the long run.
