i bought a 900k CI policies (3 policies).. and for my wife 400k.. but how long does it takes to ensure no further question being asked from Insurance Company while claiming... 3 years and above or less? My wife diagnosed of Chronic Mylo Leukimia (CML).. is it covered?

Hi Pires, the wallet damage rates are taken from figures collected from survey conducted on private hospitals. It's a yardstick on how much each diseases cost.

However, the "wallet damage" differs for each individuals since it would depend very much on the severity of the disease as diagnosed by the doctor. Even doctors can give different quotes, hence it's always good to get a second opinion if you want to make sure you are not paying too much.

Use and comprehensive。It;s definately a guide for those who have the foggiest ideas on the cost of falling sick in Malaysia. Once you know how much is cost, then please be self aware and plan your finances. It's prudent and not the least wise to start young and save.....

THis is a very useful and informative booklet, suitable for those who doesnt really able to keep up with the skyrocketing price of the treatment for all the illnesses.

Just another suggestion for your next edition... :). It is also very useful if you can include how many malaysians actually diagnosed with each of the illness and rank them based on Malaysia's survey.

Thank you very much for the Critical Illness booklet. I just went through the first few pages and found it to be very informative and the additional explanation is imperative.
