Hong Leong Bank’s Cheque Deposit

If anyone of you here reading this is working in Hong Leong, can you help end the misery of all Hong Leong bank customers by suggesting to your not-so-customer-oriented-management to install automatic cheque deposit machines in your branches, if not all, at least in the most frequented branche ...     This thing happen is most other banks. The worst are those by Maybank and EON Bank and also they use cheque scanning machine, which use most of customers's time by entering details and taking more time, causing illegal parking and tendency to get parking tickets and traffic build up in the streets.

    I have to agree, Hong Leong cheque deposit machines are always jammed during weekends. I've decided to stop using their credit cards so I won't have to face this problem anymore...One lost customer for HLB!

    It's still amazing how these banks can still have so much business with such lousy customer support.

    I guess Malaysian's are a very easy to please lot :-P
