Not only at weekends but when its monday & next day is public holiday, most of the banks are giving us their customer the same problem... have changed to other banks, but it useless.. when good times (market are good) they are friendly user, now are the other way round....

This one's the Subang Taipan's branch. Most of the Hong Leong branches in PJ looks similar after office hours.

It's still amazing how these banks can still have so much business with such lousy customer support.

I guess Malaysian's are a very easy to please lot :-P

I have to agree, Hong Leong cheque deposit machines are always jammed during weekends. I've decided to stop using their credit cards so I won't have to face this problem anymore...One lost customer for HLB!

This thing happen is most other banks. The worst are those by Maybank and EON Bank and also they use cheque scanning machine, which use most of customers's time by entering details and taking more time, causing illegal parking and tendency to get parking tickets and traffic build up in the streets.
