PayPal is Now Officially in Malaysia
I wonder if Exabytes actually have a Quality Policy that at least stops them from hosting thousands of websites on a single server...
Then again, they are prone to violate their own policy, so what the heck...
We host 200 - 300 accounts per shared hosting server as stated on our products page.
I don't think hosting on the same server as adults.com.sg and sextoys.sg is the main reason your PR dropped. You may check other domains in the list, some are still PR2-PR3.
We don't allow adult contents on our shared hosting servers. adults.com.sg and sextoys.sg appear to be "Addon" domains of one of the client's hosting account which we had overlooked. This account will be suspended right away.
nice for you to reply here.... i checked on one of my website hosted with exabytes server (ip 202.75.48.27) and it also have an massage and escort services related website too with the domain 88sexyescort.com
we all guys and know what it really means by massage and escort services offered by that site.... lol.... :)
exabytes really need to take this one seriously....
adults.com.sg and sextoys.sg have been suspended.
I will get back to you on ip 202.75.48.27. Thanks.
In response to your concern on 88sexyescort.com, the domain is being setup as one of the account by one of our reseller. We have taken the site down.
Anyway, I am really disappointed about how exabytes handles the situation. AND it was NOT overlooked by exabytes no matter what they claim here. I have asked them MULTIPLE times with regards to hosting adult sex toys store on their servers and each time, a yes was given. See below email replies from exabytes.
Hello Winston,
Q: So, are adult products (sex toys, condoms and lingerie) allowed?
A: Yes, it is allow.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.
If you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact. Thank You.
Best Regards,

Oh, if exabytes read this, know that I will not just stop here. I will make sure people know how irresponsible your company is.
However, no offence intended, it was clearly shown in Exabytes's Policy the following term:
I have nothing against your nature of business, in fact, I don't mind buying a few of those toys for birthday presents, but I am really pissed when words are not honored.
I just hope that Exabytes will review their recent lacklustre performance, instead of just giving empty promises.
Anyway, I am now hosted on another server. And a change will always do you good.
Lesson learned, you can't satisfy all the people, when you do so, you lose all of them.
Im using seperate hosting for my site. pls explain to me about this..?
thks,
We have being practising No Adult Content Policy since the first day we run our hosting business. However, due to numbers of web sites hosted by us, we might have overlooked sometime. We had just sent a reminder to all our clients that no adult comtents are allowed.

Chan, at the time of this writing, the server 210.48.157.107 is experiencing an outage, since the last 30 minutes with the following error messages:
Error establishing a database connection
Like I have said in my previous posting, and my constant emails to your technicians, I really don't mind the server going a bit slow at times or even losing my PageRank. But when my site goes out like that, I am really pissed.
It makes me wonder if I could do a better job hosting my own website at home with my PC...
(I've just checked, www.telesensory.com is hosted on 210.48.157.119 and not 210.48.157.107 as you've claimed)
If it's a scheduled maintenance, it would be polite to alert the clients that are hosted on the said server.
On Exabytes's announcement page, it was clear that your technician only posted the alert one hour after the server went down, as evident here:
As I see it, it's another one of those downtimes which I am all too familiar with when Meshio.com was hosted with Exabytes.
http://bob.my - Bob rasa kurang enak sikit... interesting!
http://www.gayfriendlyaccommodation.com - Not to worry, this is not another adult website. Just friendly, and nothing wrong about it.

Technically, PR got nothing to do with web host. Even in some cases, PR could changed after migrating to other web host, but they are DROPPED instead of INCREASED due to changes in domain, URLs or file structures or DNS after migrating the web site.
