  I have been using the sites whenever I have spare time but nevertheless its still very UN-productive and not for real biz sense yet. But like u said, I was impressed that at least it works ... when u hit the right button and follow the right path, the only path and usually not easily found or very hard to find unless you have 'spare' time at hand.
  
  I think they need to hire and pay me as a beta user :)

  eh.. eh.. then next 2 years, the site will probably be much better than now and i will be able to renew online :P ^_^
  
  Provided the "maintenance" is good within these coming 5 years :D

  Haha...Jingkai, some things are beyond our control. Better to focus on building value of Krizalis Studio, you only need the "mainteance" for your initial portfolio, and you would have enough of that in the first 2 years ;-)

  You what I funnily found out. After I logged in to the website, I tried to see if I can renew my business registration. And not surprisingly, the process stopped at a page which told me to report any errors on the website and bla bla. Then requesting I've to register an account with some other service.
  
  The problem here is I wasn't given an option to proceed. In this case, register a required account if I wanted to renew my company registration online. Therefore, the government website is still crap because though it might look okay it's not built to do its job. -.-"

  Danny, that's actually one of the major turn-off. The site structure definitely lacks intuitiveness. The dude who designed the system apparently thought everyone is free enough to click every single link on the site to complete the registratrion process. There's no useful guide in assisting the applicant to complete the registration process from naming the company until they could print their business registration certificate.
  
  I compliment the government for bringing this service to the people, but I must say that the implementation of this initiative is nothing less than a disaster.
