Not even the "motherhood statement" in it. No facts and reality in it. Do note that bad grammer is a good indication of things.

Re: How to Save a Little Fortune

HI could i have a copy please...

Re: How to Save a Little Fortune

I Want a Copy of How to Save a Little Fortune e-Book

Re: How to Save a Little Fortune

I had just purchase ur new e-book <Malaysia Insurance Guide>. Also an 'A' service level. I am the fan of KFC. However, there was out of the 'A', in the reason to control food cost while the big fan need to wait until half an hour. What kind of service while cheating in progress. Because Ms M.Pantha Sri said only 15 minutes to serve. All this happen at KFC rawang 1. I hope your service should be better next time. However, we do have to worry about the exchange spread, don't we? I am not too into currency, but I do think that NZ currency is rather volatile. So, after taking into the currency spread, often we don't see a return of 9% p.a.

To get a return of 10% p.a., i guess we have to look for an investment vehicle that provide a good long term consistent return. The key word here is "long term". Means so long as the investment's total return, after dividing with the number of investment years, provide us with an average return of 10% pa, i suppose the objective is met then. So far, I have not seen any investment channel that can safely provide us with 10% return in short investment time horizon. ..Is there any?

Re: How to Save a Little Fortune

Great Stuff. The big QUESTION is how to get 10% return annually. So far, the banks in NZ are offering pretty good rates- up to about 8.5% for their fixed term deposits.

If you are looking at mutual funds or unit trust, there's considerably higher risk. For "almost guaranteed" funds, look out for funds categorized under "Conservative", "Fixed Income Funds", "Bond Funds", "Money Market Funds" or "Balanced Funds". However, you shouldn't expect very high returns from these funds as their equity exposure is very low, if not none at all.

Re: How to Save a Little Fortune

Well, thanks for the saving of pay check concept.
However, can you provide a list of what kind of funds or deposits that will provide 10% (almost guaranteed) rate of return ?

Re: How to Save a Little Fortune

like the malay saying, 'sikit-sikit, lama-lama jadi bukit'.
