if you know why you cant insisit of having 3 drums sticks for dinner plate instead of the assortment when ordering, pls let me know
So, we went to the counter hoping to change a new piece but the manager refused cause the drumstick had already been 'bitten'.
This happened long ago when we were still schooling so we also 'gong gong' accept the reasoning.
"we are no longer using that email address... please revert to this alternative email address..."
Of course I forward the same email to the alternative email address... and thats the last I've heard of it. Its not only frustrating and infuriating... but it just shows how fundamentally flawed and incompetent TM's corporate thinking is. Its pretty much the same at most government offices and especially in schools.
Sadly, our country will not achieve true world class status until our leaders and general population have a paradigm shift in their thinking.
The only problem is, no matter how many grievances are posted, as long as the proper authority is not doing anything about it, I doubt the consumer's rights can be protected at all. Think "Super Size Me!".
One thing is for sure, I won't be visiting KFC anytime soon.

I am not about to risk my life dining in a place where I wouldn't even get any attention if I'd complaint to them about food poisoning after eating at their restaurant.
There are definitely better fried chickens elsewhere.

I would use the 'Kentucky' powder (ironically named), add some garlic powder, some onion powder and a little bit of pepper.
