    Another huge factor would be the person(s) that you are staying with that is preparing your meals. It's hard to demand them to prepare something special to you, especially if they are not convinced of the meatless diet.


    Going meatless would also means taking extra responsibility to make sure I'm having the right diet. Otherwise, you know, more opposition from the cynics.

    Indeed, every dreams worth pursuing is worth sacrifcing for. However, every obstacles cannot be overcome in a single day.



    There are a few things you can try for now:-



    1) Identify veggie buddies around your area. These people are very likely the same people who might have been through what you are going through.



    2) Start small by helping out in the kitchen especially whilst preparing meatless dishes.



    3) Take-away meatless food to add to the dishes during lunches/dinners.



    4) Bring them out to a rather fancy meatless restaurant once in a while.



    5) Stay away from oysterman's advice on vegetable cruelty.
