I was shocked by a black jelly fish sting 2 weeks ago in NICE, FRANCE. The charming turguoise blue sea is now a nightmare for me. The wound on my arm is getting worse although ı am under antihystminics. The cortisone pomads combined with antibiotics are not working... And the worst thing that bothers me that there were no signs to wanr you about these creatures.

Always wear a surfers body suit my friend, I never ever dare to get into water without surfing suit! I am quite afraid of such creatures beneath the sea!

I don't know about you but I found it disgusting when I first saw it. Hope youn get it treated though. treat it at once so you won't face complications.

Now I know why I got stung by those nia-ma-tocysts... I promised the turtles an adoption a year ago, but the cheque didn't went through WWF when I submitted last year. So I didn't bother.

Now, these nia-ma-tocysts are the "gentle" reminders. Talk about karma man...

(Turtles favorite food is koko-Jelly-Fish, I am glad that they don't eat shark for appetizers...phew...)

Better that than stepping on a stone fish. You definitely don't want that.

Aquatic venoms are usually deadly to mammals because of our warm blooded nature, which will cause the toxins to react much more quickly than if it were meant for cold blooded creatures.
