Yes, that's exactly what they keep asking me- Secret Answer to the question which I asked myself 7 years ago...

Sigh...this will teach me not to ask stupid questions again...

Yeah, I think there's only two things I can do now:-

a) boycott Yahoo! and never ever use any of their services from now on

b) register a brand new account, with something like yow_chuan123@yahoo.com (sigh...)

Choice (a) means fighting against a giant internet conglomerate...so I guess I will stick with the latter one.

I am just worried about what these bozos is going to do with my original account.

Re: Yahoo! If you have a security question, you can use that feature to change the password and reclaim the ID, otherwise it's gone.

It happened to me as well for my first Yahoo! account and the Yahoo! folk were prompt in their replies and offered consolation but had their hands tied understandably.

Yahoo! may not be perfect but then again, who is? :)

Re: Yahoo! Groups I subscribed to, Yahoo Messengers, Yahoo Mails etc...

And the Security Team at Yahoo! is definitely NOT VERY HELPFUL...I can't imagine that such a big name on the web do not have proper customer service... sucks...

On the upside, since I haven't been logging into my Messenger, I find that I have plenty more time to read more books and complete more paperwork.

But still, this is the first time I felt how Yahoo! sucks...BIG time...

Re: Yahoo!
